  • Download & Strategize

    The first step when we launch a search is to get a better understanding of your corporate culture, organizational strategy and the results you expect your leaders to deliver. We align on candidate experience and competencies to create a market-facing job specification and search strategy, which includes mapping relevant industries, companies and talent.

  • Calibration

    We identify a select group of potential candidates and present you with 5-7 sample profiles to ensure alignment on experience, background, and representation.

  • Outreach

    After we align on strategy, job specification, and ideal candidate profile, we start market mapping and targeted candidate outreach to develop a long list of potential candidates. As brand evangelists, our job is to generate interest among a passive candidate pool.

  • Narrow

    We use behavioral-based interviews to narrow our list to 5-8 highly-qualified and engaged candidates. That list of candidates is presented to you via a customized report, which includes resume, interview summary and compensation expectations. We review the candidate list together and decide who you’d like to engage in next steps.

  • Interviews

    It’s time to meet the candidates. We coordinate an initial set of exploratory interviews to help you evaluate who progresses to a more comprehensive process. After down-selecting to the most qualified and engaged candidates, critical stakeholders will assess and select a finalist.

  • Offer & Onboarding

    We advise on offer development, present it to the candidate, and . We will also perform reference checks (referrals and back-channel, as desired) and provide guidance on the transition from candidate to employee.
